After   long time not active  writing in Kaltim Post, the daily newspaper in Kalimanatan Timur,  it’s difficult to write  ideas into a script. I must took long time to finish that. I usually  finish only half to 1 a hour . although the simple topic, the problem of common cold and cough.

Brief description of the common cold is a viral infection of your upper respiratory tract — your nose and throat. It is usually harmless, although it may not feel that way.
